If you have been unsatisfied with any aspect of the care you have received please address your comments to me in writing or by email. They will be taken very seriously and investigated by me unless the complaint is about me, in which I will arrange for an independent 3rd party to review the complaint. You should receive acknowledgement of your complaint within 2 working days and a full report within 20 working days.
