Fees

We appreciate choosing a consultant and a clinic is a difficult decision, therefore it is important that you are comfortable with the costs and that you choose a consultant that has the correct expertise and experience for your condition/procedure.
Mr Lower is recognised by all the major private medical insurance providers, with the exception of AXA and Vitality currently. He is not fee assured, but we will give you an estimate of the costs of consultation and any likely investigations that may be required, at the time of booking. Please check with your insurers to understand the level of reimbursement you can expect. Unfortunately the fees paid by insurers have not kept pace with inflation and the ever increasing administrative overheads.
Fees are payable at the time of consultation. We will take payment from you by electronic bank transfer or all major credit or debit cards, unless you have a letter of guarantee from your insurer, embassy or other payer. A receipt will be provided on request to assist you to recover any costs that you can from your insurers or other third-party sponsor/payer.
